Successful Monday? Check.

Well, I woke up today. Rather early for the summer months. I laid in
bed for a while and pondered whether or not it would be a good idea to
get out of bed. I mean, it was only eight o’clock and now that my
father works from home he could ask me to do any number of things
without it being easy for me to be able to find a sneaky way of getting
out of doing them. I mean, everyone knows I hate mowing the lawn, and
that day would soon be approaching where my father tells me to get out
there and mow the lawn. I actually decided to get out of bed. I went
downstairs.

Nagfest started.

Thankfully all that was required was a few phone calls to update on my
potential work situation. The results were in my immediate favor.

It wasn’t too long after that that ol’ Yurisich rang and had me come
over to lay down some beats. It had been a long time since I had last
played the drums. Perhaps over a year, if not longer.

That didn’t last long, and I headed over to see Drew and his friend
Yohan. I think it’s spelled that way. Eric came along and we played
some football. Two on three after a while. It was fun, Too bad it was
only a nerf type ball. Wait until Wednesday…

Some more stuff occurred such as eating and ice cream. But that’s even less exciting than this entire post.

In summary, though, it was a good day which required no work. A rarity. And I enjoyed it.
